How is my meat packaged for delivery?
All orders are vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness and packed in temperature-controlled, insulated boxes with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they stay frozen or chilled during transit.
Where do you source your meat from?
We partner exclusively with sustainable, ethical farms that prioritize animal welfare. Our beef is grass-fed, and our poultry is free-range and antibiotic-free.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Shipping is free on all orders over $150, and we currently deliver to all major metropolitan areas.
Can I return meat products if I am not satisfied?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept physical returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
How long can I store the meat in my freezer?
When kept in its original vacuum-sealed packaging, our meat can be safely stored in the freezer for up to 6 to 12 months without compromising quality or flavor.
Do you offer subscription boxes?
