Return Process

Upon delivery, please immediately check the packaging integrity and temperature of your items to ensure they meet your expectations.

If you notice an issue, email our team at support@carnistore.com or call us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.
- 3.Quality Review
Our master butchers will review your claim within 1 business day to determine if the product was compromised during transit or preparation.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or arrange for a complimentary replacement delivery of the affected items.
